  1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Our goal is to ship orders out within 2-3 business days. Depending on the Courier Service or Shipping method you select if applicable, and your destination address, orders can take 3-14 business days to reach you.  In some cases where your specific product is out of stock from the warehouse, expect 14 – 21 business days for fulfillment. 

  1. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number or link once your order has been fulfilled and shipped out from our manufacturing facility. 

  1. HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We do our best to ship orders out within 2-3 business days of your order. If you want to modify or cancel any order, you will need to do so within this time window by sending an email to us with your Order Number, stating clearly your request and we will honor it. Time is of the essence in this case.  

  1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our products are manufactured with our client’s priority in mind. We’re confident that you will find them irresistible, but if for any reason, you are unhappy, contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we'll process your refund upon receipt of your returned product or item.

All returns must be sent to the originating warehouse address at the front or back cover of the parcel/package. Most of the times stated on the package.
